We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calling, follow-ups, and customer service interactions, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage for their needs. You’ll play a vital role in binding policies and educating customers on their insurance options.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active insurance license (must be obtained before starting, we will pay for training)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and follow-up on potential customers
  • Guide clients through the insurance purchasing process, ensuring they have the right coverage
  • Handle policy binding and ensure all documentation is processed correctly
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and policy updates
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
