Experience: A minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related sector is advisable.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative work or insurance consulting can be beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and positively.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for multitasking efficiently under pressure.
Team-Oriented: Personable and enthusiastic team player committed to contributing to a cohesive and dynamic office environment.
Organizational Skills: Superb organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Bi-lingual is a plus- polish / spanish
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
