Requirements

Experience: At least two years of telemarketing experience, preferably in insurance sales, is required.

Licensing: A valid insurance license, or willingness to obtain one, is preferred.

Communication Skills: Superb verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and remote communication tools.

Customer-Focused: A strong desire and ability to meet and exceed client expectations.

Work Ethic: High motivation and proactive attitude to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team, while also functioning independently when needed.

Flexibility: Comfortability with hybrid work arrangements, adapting to both office and remote environments.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and gather relevant information to qualify prospects.

Outbound Calls: Conduct calls to prospective customers, introducing our insurance products and services.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport and trust with potential clients through friendly, positive communication.

Product Knowledge: Confidently explain insurance offerings and match them to clients' needs.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or follow-up calls between potential clients and our insurance agents.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead details in our CRM system.
