Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Claims Assistance: Provide support in the claims process, ensuring customer needs are met promptly.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer communications and updates in our database.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients to enhance trust and loyalty to the agency.
