Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within a hospitality or food service environment is required.

Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and exceed guest expectations.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Problem Solving: Ability to handle and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Flexibility: Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Oversee daily operations and manage a team of hospitality staff to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products and service, maintaining company standards and enforcing best practices in food handling and preparation.

Training: Mentor and train new team members, fostering a welcoming and supportive work environment.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts, implementing solutions that align with company policies and goals.
