What We’re Looking For:

(We are only considering candidates who meet the following requirements)



• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Captive Agency (preferably Allstate) P&C Insurance Outbound Sales
• At least 1 year of prior remote work experience
• Proven track record of outbound sales (minimum 40 policies per month for the past year)
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Competitive sales mindset – understanding and thriving in a commission-based role
• Ability to work in a structured digital environment with cameras on during the workday
• Dedicated, quiet home office setup for a professional remote work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, driven attitude

• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and lead sources.
• Make 100+ calls per day to prospective clients and build long-term relationships.
• Educate clients on the importance of proper coverage and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Develop referral partnerships with local business professionals.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and dependability in a fast-paced sales environment.
