Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2 Years of P&C Customer Service Experience (Allstate Agency experience preferred)
- Proven Dependability & Reliability – punctuality and consistency are a must
- Upbeat, Positive, and Enthusiastic Attitude – you “never meet a stranger”
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
- Ability to Multitask – comfortable using multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Self-Starter with a Sense of Urgency – eager to learn, coachable, and results-driven
- Thrives in a Dynamic, Fast-Paced Environment
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Be the First Point of Contact – welcome clients with a professional, friendly attitude (phone & in-office)
- Assist Clients with Policy Needs – process payments, answer inquiries, review coverages, and provide expert guidance
- Support the Sales Team – make outbound calls to offer additional services and schedule appointments
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy – adhere to company policies and maintain up-to-date records
- Identify Cross-Sell & Referral Opportunities – help clients discover new coverage options and financial products
