The Jason Herbers Allstate Agency is seeking a Licensed P&C Customer Service Expert who plays a vital role in supporting our clients by providing expert guidance on policies, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your prior Allstate experience will allow you to efficiently navigate systems, understand company policies, and offer valuable solutions to our clients.
As a P&C Licensed Customer Service Expert, you will be:
· First point of contact for our clients, on the phone and walking into the office
· Assisting our clients with duties such as
o taking payments
o answering inquiries
o reviewing coverages
· Adhering to compliance requirements
· Assisting our sales team and making outbound calls to offer additional services to our current clients
The ideal candidate would have a great attitude, outgoing personality, someone who “never meets a stranger”, is able multi-task by using multiple computer programs at once.

Total Compensation Package = Base Pay (DOE) + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
