Jamison Agency (Allstate) is a well-established Texas agency with 26 years of success and recent expansion. We’re growing and looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional who wants strong earning potential and consistent lead flow.

This is a remote position focused on converting leads into new business. We invest heavily in marketing, so you’ll have real opportunities, you just need to close.

Job Description

* Remote insurance sales role focused on new business production

* Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities

* High volume of inbound and outbound leads provided

* Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Central)

* Opportunity to grow with a stable, expanding agency

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

Requirements


* Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)

* Minimum 6 months of recent P&C sales experience (required)

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Confident on the phone and comfortable closing

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

* Ability to multitask, follow through, and stay organized

* Call, present, and sell P&C insurance products and services

* Handle a high volume of outbound calls (up to ~150/day)

* Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend proper coverage

* Generate new business.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

* Provide a professional and positive customer experience
