The Jamison Agency is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced in-office sales agent to join our Cedar Park or Georgetown team.

We’ve been in business for 26+ years, and with the purchase of an additional location, we’ve doubled our book of business. That means more opportunity, more support, and more room to win.

We’re willing to invest in quality leads for the right producer. If you know insurance, know how to sell, are coachable, and want to make money, we want to talk to you.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Active Texas P&C license (or willing to become licensed in Texas)
• Previous insurance sales experience required — no entry-level or unlicensed candidates
• Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through
• Confident and motivated personality
• Intermediate computer skills

• Sell insurance policies to new and existing customers
• Create a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Explain coverage options and sell based on value, not just price
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly goals
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and service
• Be a strong part of a team that works together to grow
