Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Active Texas Property and Casualty License
• 3 to 5 years of P&C service experience
• Strong Excel and technology skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and team focused mindset
• Lead and support daily service team operations
• Help hire, train, and develop team members
• Maintain high client service and retention standards
• Identify process improvements and performance opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and service teams
