Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

P&C Customer Service Agent What Youll Do

1. Be the calm, confident point of contact clients rely on after the policy is sold
2. Help policyholders understand their coverages, spot gaps, and protect what matters most
3. Identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell additional policies that align with client need
4. Assist with online account setup, documents, inspections, and mortgage or escrow changes
5. Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and trust
6. Handle service requests with urgency, ownership, and professional follow-up
