Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

What You Bring:

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Insurance experience (required)
• Friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor
• Strong attention to detail you love doing things the right way
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate clearly
• Must be available full-time in our Georgetown, TX office (no remote work)

What This Role Looks Like:

• Be the calm, steady voice that clients rely on after the sale
• Help clients understand their coverages, identify gaps, and protect what matters most
• Guide new policyholders through onboarding with care and clarity
• Support the sales team with follow-through, precision, and problem-solving
• Help with online account setup, documentation, inspections, and mortgage coordination
• Build long-term relationships with clients built on trust and consistency
• Handle service requests with care, urgency, and professionalism

The Jamison Agency is located in Georgetown, Texas, on Williams Drive near the intersection of Williams Drive and Rivery Boulevard.
