Evenings Off

• Active Texas P&C license (or willing to become licensed in Texas)
• Demonstrable track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
• Previous insurance sales experience required — no entry-level or unlicensed candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through
• Confident and motivated personality
• Intermediate computer skills

• Generate new business and cross-sell to existing customers
• Consistently Meet Monthly Sales Goals. 
• Educate clients on coverage options and how to protect their families and assets
• Deliver a positive customer experience
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service
