This is not your average CSR role. You'll be the voice our clients trust and the steady hand they depend on. You’ll have real support, career growth, and the opportunity to make a difference - every single day.

This role offers a base annual salary of $45,000-$50,000 depending on experience! Plus commission opportunities to increase your earning potential to $75,000+

This is a full-time, in-office role only. Remote work is not available.

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (required)
  • Experienced in insurance and ready to level up
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Detail-driven and organized
  • Passionate about helping others and solving problems
  • Friendly, dependable, and professional under pressure
  • Able to work full-time in our Georgetown, TX office
Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Help clients understand and manage their policies
  • Handle service requests with care, urgency, and professionalism
  • Partner with the sales team to support retention and satisfaction goals
