Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Insurance License: Possess or be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses within a specified timeframe.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain complex insurance concepts.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently, set goals, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales targets.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using technology and computer systems to manage client information, sales processes, and generate reports.
Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance protection advice and service.
  • Sales Achievements: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance products and closing sales.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims, ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Prospecting: Generate leads and identify potential clients to expand our customer base through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct policy reviews with existing clients to ensure their coverage aligns with their evolving needs and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
