Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must currently possess a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License.
- Prior sales experience
- Prior insurance experience
- Theater, acting, and music experience is a BONUS
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Team Player
- Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
Responsibilities
- Prospects for new business generated from referrals, cold-calling, warm leads, etc.
- Foster strong relationships and build rapport with prospects and current customers.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s)
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Properly handle objections while maintaining the client's needs and personal goals.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
- Maintains phone time and sales goals as determined by management.
