Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $36,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $20,000

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $40,000 and our top earners made $42,000 in commission last year."

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Must possess an active insurance license in Utah.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with current clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Efficiently manage incoming inquiries, addressing questions and providing comprehensive information.
  • Design and recommend insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional products or services.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends and changes to provide informed recommendations.
