We’re seeking a Spanish Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative with strong experience in servicing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships. In this role, you will manage an existing book of business, support clients with policy changes and inquiries, and proactively identify coverage needs. This is a Monday through Friday role with flexible scheduling options, offering a balance of service and light sales, supported by account rounding and retention-focused conversations.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Prior insurance agency experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify and act on cross-sell opportunities
  • Confident handling of client concerns with a solutions-focused mindset
Responsibilities
  • Manage and service an existing book of business, including policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Conduct proactive coverage reviews and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Follow up on client interactions to improve retention and drive account rounding
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the agency management system
  • Support billing inquiries and resolve client concerns efficiently
