Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Generate new business through referrals, networking and paid leads

• Conduct consultative client meetings to identify coverage needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions

• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy recommendations with confidence and clarity

• Manage your pipeline with discipline: tracking leads, follow-ups, and activity in the CRM

• Hit and exceed monthly and annual sales goals alongside a team that holds a high bar

• Partner with our service team to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and policy management

• Continuously sharpen your knowledge of products, carriers, market trends, and best practices

• Represent the agency with professionalism and uphold all compliance and ethical standards
