Were looking for a Sales Coach with a proven track record in Property & Casualty insurance sales to lead, train, and elevate our remote sales team.

Were not looking for beginners, this is a leadership-level role for someone who has walked the walk in the P&C world and knows how to help others win. The Sales Coach will be responsible for:

• daily live coaching and training sessions to the sales team
• developing training materials, monitoring and assessing the performance of team members providing actionable feedback to help improve sales techniques and outcomes.

The Sales Coach will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Active P&C license or willing to get relicensed if yours has lapsed
• Prior Sales Coach position
• Experience with live coaching + call reviews
• Ability to create and lead impactful training
• A team-first mindset with high accountability standards
• Experience training remotely
• 2+ years of experience in coaching
• 2+ years of experience in P&C insurance sales
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
• Ability to tailor coaching to various skill levels and learning styles

• Deliver live coaching sessions and conduct call reviews (recorded and live)
• Design and implement effective training programs to drive results
• Hold team members accountable to daily activity and performance goals
• Monitor performance and provide targeted feedback and support
• Train and Coach sales team
