• 3+ years of experience in P&C insurance sales or coaching
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
• Experience using call review platforms and sales tracking tools
• Ability to tailor coaching to various skill levels and learning styles
• A team-first mindset and results-driven attitude

• Deliver live coaching sessions and conduct call reviews (recorded and live)
• Design and implement effective training programs to drive results
• Hold team members accountable to daily activity and performance goals
• Monitor performance and provide targeted feedback and support
• Train and Coach sales team
• Earn commission based on the overall success of the sales team
