• Minimum of Personal Lines Insurance License or P&C license
• Minimum of 1 year prior sales experience is preferred.
• Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation, and high-energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients through referrals, cold calling, networking
• Bilingual is preferred
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

• The ability to conduct needs-based selling, including prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals, and closing deals
• The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Other duties as assigned
