Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Professional Development

Must be Property and Casualty licensed with at least 1 year experience.

• Active insurance license in the state of Illinois
• Bilingual Spanish & English capabilities are highly desired to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance products for life, property, and casualty insurance policies.
• Client retention.
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or marketing within the insurance industry is a plus

• Conduct thorough client consultations to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options for life, property, and casualty insurance products.
• Manage sales administration tasks using systems to track leads, follow-ups, policy renewals, and client communications efficiently.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both client interactions and team collaborations to foster trust and clarity throughout the sales process.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, sustain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, thrive in a team environment, all while staying dedicated to excellence in insurance services
