We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative with experience who thrives in a structured, high-accountability environment. This role focuses on new business production, cross-selling, relationship management, and proactive policy education. You will join a professional team that values discipline, coaching, and measurable performance while maintaining flexibility and strong leadership support.

  • First-year earnings of $65,000-$85,000

Requirements
  • Active insurance license
  • Prior sales or insurance experience
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Confident objection handling and closing ability
  • Clear, professional phone and written communication

  • Quote and write new personal and commercial business
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead follow-up
