Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is highly desirable, particularly in a customer-facing role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.

Customer Service: A strong dedication to client satisfaction and the ability to provide personalized service is required.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage client accounts, scheduling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Provide expert insurance advice to prospective and current clients, addressing their coverage needs.

Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding and managing their existing policies, making changes as necessary.

Sales Goal Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement strategies.
