We're a 30-year Alaska Allstate agency, and we're looking for the person who runs our front door — phones, mail, records, and the day-to-day rhythm of a busy office. This isn't a seat where you sit and wait for the phone to ring. You'll be the one deciding who talks to who and when, running our save calls when a customer is about to cancel or a payment fails, keeping every record current, and keeping the office itself looking like the 30-year operation it is. No insurance license required. What's required is judgment, follow-through, and pride in a job most people don't notice until it's done wrong.

Pay escalates as you prove proficiency — this isn't a flat-rate seat. And if you ever want to pursue a P&C or Personal Lines license, this role is a real path into a sales seat at the agency, not a dead end.

• No insurance license required to start — pure non-licensed role. Prior insurance agency or receptionist/front-desk experience is preferred but not mandatory; what we can't teach is judgment on the phone and follow-through on the details.
• Genuinely cool under pressure — our phones can hit 40 calls an hour for short bursts a few times a day, and we need someone who stays organized and sharp through it, not someone who gets rattled.
• Comfortable with money and paperwork — deposits, remittance, and mailed payments have to reconcile exactly, every time.
• A highly organized, efficient, thorough operator with a genuinely sunny, bubbly personality — the kind of person clients are glad picked up the phone.
• In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Alaska Time — fully logged in and ready to go the moment phones release at 8:30. This is not a remote or hybrid seat.

• Quarterback all incoming calls and texts — triage, route, and keep customers from sitting on hold.
• Run daily cancellation and payment-failure save calls, texts, and emails.
• Process mail, mailed payments, remittance, and daily bank deposits for all three offices.
• Document claims comments and PUP notifications in eAgent.
• Keep the office — including the breakroom — clean and presentable every day.
