We work 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, Alaska time. Here’s what that actually looks like where you live:

• Pacific 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Mountain 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• Central 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• Eastern 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Read those again if you’re in the Central or Eastern zone. Working until 8:30 or 9:30 every night is, for most people with a spouse and kids, simply not sustainable — and we completely understand that. Realistically, about 95% of people east of the Rockies can’t make these hours

SECOND: THIS ROLE REQUIRES ALLSTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE

Not a call center. Not another carrier. We need someone who has worked inside an Allstate agency — fluent in eAgent and the way an Allstate shop actually runs — so you’re contributing in week one, not learning the basics. We say this as kindly as we can and as plainly as we

must: if you haven’t worked inside an Allstate agency, this particular seat won’t be a fit, and our process will surface that fast. We’d rather tell you now than three steps in.

WHO WE ARE

The Devery Prince Agency has protected Alaskan families and businesses for 30 years. We have actual standards, a comp model that rewards top performers, and a hiring philosophy that doesn’t apologize for expecting excellence. We invest in our producers — daily coaching,

modern tools, and a plan built to pay the people who grow and keep great relationships.

HOW YOU’LL EARN — a $24.00/hour base, then six uncapped streams on top

• Commissions on everything you write, with a monthly booster that lifts your rates up to 14% when you hit your growth goals.

• Bounties — $75 per umbrella, $25 per uninsured-asset capture.

• A retroactive financial-specialist appointment bonus through EFS Tom Betti.

• A team retention bonus when the book grows year over year.

• A monthly volume bonus and a 1% renewal override on your book as it builds.

On-target earnings of $75,000–$110,000+ for a solid producer. Top performers earn more. None of it is capped.

• An active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license, currently appointed in at least one state. You do not need an Alaska license — but you must be actively licensed and appointed somewhere right now, and be willing to get licensed in Alaska.
• Allstate agency experience (see above — required).
• The ability to work 8:30–5:30 Alaska time every day, no exceptions (see above).
• A quiet, reliable home office with dependable power and high-speed internet.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Sell and bundle home, auto, condo, and other Allstate lines for inbound and referred clients.
• Round out every household — umbrella (PUP), Other Allstate lines, and the assets people own but insure nowhere (the boat, the sled, the ATV).
• Refer Life & Financial Services to our in-house specialist, EFS Tom Betti.
• Protect and grow the book — retention is yours to own.
• Train every day with role-play and high-end, AI-powered coaching.

Currently serving all of Alaska from our office in Anchorage, the Devery Prince Allstate Agency takes pride in our friendly and knowledgeable local staff of insurance professionals who can assist clients and prospects with the following consumer insurance services including; auto, home, condo, renters, landlord, motorcycle, ATV & boat insurance, life insurance, voluntary benefits and financial services including 401k rollovers.

Our staff has over a century of sales experience as licensed insurance sales producers in the State of Alaska. We are experts at insurance, Allstate, and the needs of the Alaska insurance consumer. Our Financial Specialist Tom Betti is a member of the Allstate Financial Services Hall of Fame due to his knowledge base, and award winning advice and service to Alaskans statewide.
