Licensed Insurance Sales Representative


Job Overview

**Performance Bonus Opportunity: We will pay an accelerated performance bonus for of $5,000 for applicants with all of the following attributes:

  • Active P&C or Personal Lines License
  • Presently, or very recently appointed with Allstate Insurance Company for 3+ years in either a sales or service role
  • 3+ years Auto and/or Home insurance Allstate sales experience
  • 2+ years outbound dialer experience utilizing products similar to Ricochet 360
  • Demonstrated proof of sales showing policies issued per month - plus bundling including PUP policies and Life/FS referrals to EFS
  • Utilized sales training systems similar to Role Play with the Olson Agency or Craig Wiggins Coaching

 

**Candidates will only move forward in the hiring process IF they have 3+ years of recent experience working either in-office or remotely with an exclusive Allstate agency (no brokerages).**

Candidate would receive a base salary + commission + bonus + renewals.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Candidate must be able to work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday (Alaska Time Zone).
  • Candidate must have an active Personal Lines or P&C Insurance License or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have previous sales experience with an Allstate agency within the last 2 years.
  • Candidate must have 2 experience with eAgent - Allstate's proprietary CRM software.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 full years of experience SELLING personal lines or P&C (or equivalent) insurance products.
  • Previous experience utilizing an outbound dialer program like Ricochet 360 is required.
  • Candidate should be able to prove expertise in bundling and cross-selling proficiency via sales logs or similar.
  • Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
  • Basic computer software knowledge. Agency Management System (AMS) or CRM with automatic dialing experience is preferred.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment. 
  • Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create an authentic and positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
  • Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
  • Prospects for new business via warm leads by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, warm leads, internet leads, and lead databases (CRM with a dialer). Agency purchases >$15,000 in new leads per month across multiple platforms.
  • Be responsible for issuing more than 50 policies a month. 
  • Skillfully address client objections and concerns, utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections, ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.
