• If you do not have at least 5 years experience working either within or remotely for an Allstate Insurance Agency - you will not be considered for this position.
• Must be able to provide proof of sales, and references at interview.
• This is a highly compensated position for a highly skilled and abundantly experienced Allstate LSP. This is best in class compensation for best in class expertise and performance.

• Compensation includes: $20-$25/hour, up to 9% commissions on new business, monthly performance bonuses, 1% renewal commissions and a health insurance stipend.
• A $5,000 Performance Bonus is offered for those with the sales expertise and experience to immediately start producing 30+ items each and every month with little to no additional training required.

Take up to 15 incoming Allstate insurance service calls per day and transition that activity into a discount/coverage reviews and cross-sell additional insurance products into the household.

Daily calls to our existing clients to offer portfolio reviews (discounts and coverages), and cross sale solicitations of policies not presently with our agency.

Must be mastery level proficient with eAgent, Advisor Pro, RMBC, ASIC, and Claims (all Allstate proprietary systems), and quoting in Ivantage.

Currently serving all of Alaska from our office in Anchorage, the Devery Prince Allstate Agency takes pride in our friendly and knowledgeable local staff of insurance professionals who can assist clients and prospects with the following consumer insurance services including; auto, home, condo, renters, landlord, motorcycle, ATV & boat insurance, life insurance, voluntary benefits and financial services including 401k rollovers.

Our staff has 77 years combined sales experience as licensed insurance sales producers in the State of Alaska. We are experts at insurance, Allstate, and the needs of the Alaska insurance consumer. Our Financial Specialist Tom Betti is a member of the Allstate Financial Services Hall of Fame due to his knowledge base, and award winning advice and service to Alaskans statewide.
