Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

Ability to effectively communicate and validate minimal information to potential customers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve daily and weekly goals. 

Conduct outbound calls to prospects that are inquiring about an insurance auto and home quotes. Follow specific talk paths to generate interest in getting a live quote over the phone.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily transfers to live licensed agents.
