Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients.

Customer Focus: Motivated by a desire to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non-remote setting with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Team Player: Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance-related software and tools to enhance client interactions.

Responsibilities

Sales Calls: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of various insurance products to potential clients.

Client Consultation: Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized advice.

Policy Recommendations: Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies to meet their specific requirements.

Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their insurance coverage remains up-to-date and adequate for their needs.

Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting insurance products and services to potential clients.
