Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Location: Must live in the state of Colorado

Licensing: Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License is mandatory.

Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry, is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and exceed their service expectations.

Self-motivated: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, with strong time management skills.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and a commitment to continuous learning.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.

Relationship Building: Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively connect with potential and existing clients to understand and address their insurance needs.

Policy Management: Assist clients in managing and adjusting their insurance policies as their needs change.

Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risk profiles and suggest appropriate coverage options.

Quote Development: Create accurate and competitive insurance quotes that cater to clients' unique requirements.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry changes and product updates to provide clients with the best options available.
