Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles is recommended.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-Motivated: Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Customer-Focused: Passion for providing top-notch service to clients.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment and remain productive.

Technology Proficient: Familiarity with CRM software and other digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with policyholders, assessing their insurance requirements and providing customized advice.

Inbound Calls: Handle inbound customer inquiries, addressing questions, and offering personalized solutions.

Policy Customization: Create and propose tailored insurance plans that align with individual needs.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for clients to broaden their insurance coverage and optimize their portfolios.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and policy changes to deliver knowledgeable advice.
