Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License in South Carolina is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an advantage.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a keen interest in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Learnability: Willingness to stay updated on the latest insurance products and industry trends.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build positive relationships within the agency.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage client information and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their individual insurance needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.

Service Delivery: Efficiently manage all service inquiries, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information.

Sales Management: Showcase a strong ability to cross-sell and upsell insurance products, enhancing customer satisfaction and company revenue.

Claims Support: Assist clients with insurance claims, offering advice and assistance throughout the process.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly update knowledge on industry trends and company products to provide informed assistance and advice to clients.
