Case Financial Services Allstate Agency helps our customers with home, auto, life, renters insurance & more. This award winning, rapidly growing agency is dedicated to investing in and developing a fun, coachable environment where you can learn, grow, and take your career to new heights. The agency is very active in our local community, and our clients tell us we feel like family! We are seeking to hire trusted advisors who have a strong desire to help customers understand the importance of proper coverage and educating the clients on why insurance is so important.

P&C Licensed candidates or those with insurance experience are highly preferred. Not licensed yet? If you're coachable and ready to learn, we’ll support your licensing journey!

Total Compensation Package includes Base + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities = $50,000.00 - $70,000.00+ per year

Requirements

We seek individuals with an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others. Ideal candidates:

  • Have an Alaska Property & Casualty license (Don't have one yet, If you're coachable and ready to learn, we'll support your licensing journey!)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage high call volumes.
  • Demonstrate dependability and reliability, arriving on time and ready to contribute.
  • Are coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Are detail-oriented and able to follow proven agency processes.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, payments, and coverage recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Cross-selling products and services to our existing customers
  • Support the sales team by making outbound calls to offer additional services and schedule appointments.
  • Handle multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by identifying coverage gaps and offering tailored solutions.
