Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensure: Must hold a current and active insurance sales license.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related customer service field is preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focused: Strong ability to understand and meet client needs while providing exceptional service.

Proactive: Ability to independently identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.

Technology: Comfortable using CRM software and various digital communication platforms.

Remote Work: A dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection are required to ensure efficient remote working conditions.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with potential and current clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing informed advice.

Sales Acquisition: Actively pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking in a remote setting.

Policy Development: Customize insurance plans that fit the unique needs of clients, ensuring adequate coverage and satisfaction.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive customer retention and loyalty towards Allstate - Carile Insurance Services LLC.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to offer the most comprehensive solutions.

Administrative Duties: Accurately manage and maintain all required documentation for client policies and transactions.
