Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Oriented: Strong commitment to fulfilling client needs and expectations.

Problem-Solver: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to clients.

Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Tech Proficiency: Competency in utilizing CRM systems and standard office software.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Conduct detailed discussions with policyholders to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Lead Generation: Actively pursue new sales leads and follow up on potential clients to grow the agency's customer base.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, upgrades, and changes to ensure their needs are continuously met.

Market Analysis: Keep informed about the latest trends and changes in the insurance market to better meet client needs.

Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and transactions in compliance with agency requirements.
