In our top 1% Elite agency, you will join a supportive team responsible for generating results through quoting and selling personal lines insurance, sourcing from 100+ new leads per day, requotes, winbacks, cross-sells, and 150,000+ Lead Manager database.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License in ANY state.
Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, insurance sales, or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, and other sales tools.

Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients through outbound calls, assess their needs, and offer customized insurance solutions.
