Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Rep

We’re looking for a motivated Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who’s ready to help clients protect what matters most while earning a rewarding income. You’ll call outbound warm leads provided by the agency, conduct coverage reviews, and close new business in a professional, goal-oriented setting.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the discipline to thrive in a remote environment. Whether you’re new to insurance or an experienced salesperson, you’ll receive paid training, top-tier technology, and ongoing support to help you excel.

  • Base Pay: $20-$23 per hour (higher for experienced candidates)
  • First-Year Earnings: $75,000-$95,000+ with commissions and bonuses
  • Flexible remote schedule (Monday-Friday, no weekends)

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license is required
  • Previous experience with Allstate insurance.
  • Proven sales or customer service experience (call center, solar, retail, or door-to-door a plus)
  • Spanish speaking is bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence
  • Resilient and self-motivated with a positive attitude toward challenges
  • Ability to manage a high call volume while staying organized and efficient
  • Comfortable working remotely in a structured, results-oriented environment
Responsibilities
  • Sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and home policies
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
  • Make 150 calls a day/ 3 hours talk time a day
  • Consistently follow up with quoted customers and warm leads to close sales
  • Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
