Experience in insurance sales is preferred but is not necessary, but sales experience is required. The right candidate should have a career mindset and be ready to grow! Our insurance sales professional will be responsible for quoting insurance to prospective clients, cross selling and upselling products to current clients, and providing outstanding service to the same.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish mandatory
• Insurance sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Quote Property and Casualty Insurance (Leads provided)
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
