We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual professional to join our insurance office. The ideal candidate will assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy updates, claims processing, and general administrative duties. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelors degree preferred).
Property & Casualty License required within 60 days of employment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Prior experience in an insurance office or customer service setting preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance terminology and procedures (or willingness to learn).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management software (e.g., Applied, AMS, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Provide excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries about insurance products.
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, payments, and claims.
Prepare quotes and explain insurance coverage options.
Maintain accurate client records and update databases.
Process new insurance applications and follow up on required documentation.
Support licensed agents with administrative tasks and client communication.
Translate documents and communications when needed.
