We are looking for the top experienced sales talent to join our Mentorship program as Protege Agent. Learn from one of the top 7% Farmers Insurance Agents in the COMPANY, prove yourself in sales, and be on a fast track to agency ownership.

We are a full-service multi-line insurance company that offers Auto, Home, Umbrella, Business, Specialty, and Life Insurance. For consideration, candidates are required to have Property & Casualty and General, Life & Health licenses. However, we can assist you in obtaining these licenses if needed.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Mentorship

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required but we can help you obtain it
• A Life & Health Insurance license, must be obtained within 60 days.
• Successful sales background.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and upsell opportunity including life products.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• 90 Day probationary period to start - consistent sales to be considered formally for the program by the District 40 Office. I can help you WIN!
