Requirements

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven sales role. To succeed, you must be comfortable working inside systems and handling a high volume of opportunities daily.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED)
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to close
  • Comfortable working leads and following a structured process
  • Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
  • Laptop or desktop computer (no tablets)
  • Ability to manage multiple systems (CRM, quoting tools, communication platforms)


Preferred:

  • 2+ years of insurance or high-performance sales experience
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
Responsibilities
  • Work a steady flow of inbound and outbound leads daily
  • Quote and present Property & Casualty insurance policies over the phone
  • Follow up consistently to maximize close rate
  • Manage pipeline and opportunities inside CRM
  • Execute within a structured sales and follow-up process
