This is a fast-paced, performance-driven sales role. To succeed, you must be comfortable working inside systems and handling a high volume of opportunities daily.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Proven sales experience with the ability to close
- Comfortable working leads and following a structured process
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Laptop or desktop computer (no tablets)
- Ability to manage multiple systems (CRM, quoting tools, communication platforms)
Preferred:
- 2+ years of insurance or high-performance sales experience
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
