We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our customer-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with insurance experience to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

• Hourly Pay: $18 to $22 based on experience
• Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends

• An active Property & Casualty license is required
• Prior experience in the insurance industry
• Prior sales or service experience in a customer-facing role
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with lead vendors to generate and close sales opportunities
