Licensing: Current or ability to obtain state insurance license within a specified timeframe is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone.

Customer-Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions that correspond to those requirements.

Motivated: Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with basic computer programs and CRM systems.

Availability: Flexibility to adapt to a work scheduled that varies from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 3:00 to 7:00 pm.

Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential clients using telemarketing strategies to generate leads and schedule appointments.

Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products offered by Aldreamia Omar Allstate Agency.

Client Engagement: Engage prospects in informative conversations to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule appointments for Senior Insurance Agents to close deals with prospective clients.

Data Management: Accurately record client information and interactions in the agency’s CRM system.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed appointments.

Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
