Salary Range: $44,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Candidate must have recent Allstate experience
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Sell personal lines insurance products to new and existing clients
  • Generate, follow up on, and close inbound and outbound leads
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative selling
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with team members to reach agency goals
