We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Houston. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service, processing requests, and supporting both sales and retention efforts.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Must have an active Property & Casualty license

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, professional support to clients via phone and email
  • Process policy changes, updates, and service requests accurately
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date client records
  • Assist with retention efforts and support the sales team as needed
  • Respond to questions and resolve issues with care and confidence
