Job Overview
The New Account Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for policy processing, follow-up, and service related to onboarding new clients to the agency.

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in a customer service or sales role
- Insurance licensing and experience is a plus, but not required
- Will be required to complete Insurance licensing as part of required job duties
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Issuing policies in the respective policy platform
- Handling all follow-up communications with client
- Obtaining all required documents for underwriting and file completion
- Processing service requests in the policy platform or by engaging with our Service Operations team
- Completing outbound calls after policy issuance to ensure a smooth transition and to offer other available services
