Possess a valid California Property & Casualty or a Personal Lines Insurance License.

Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.

Comfortable working in a dynamic office setting in San Bernardino, California.

Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs.

Present and explain various insurance policies, highlighting benefits and coverage details.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele.

Process applications, quotes, and policy renewals accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
